Great treatment facility. The girl that met me at the airport was helpful and made me feel welcomed. My intake process was long but the nursing team was kind . I was tested for COVID and placed in isolation pending my results. Staff checked on me daily and they provided me a room with a TV and netflix while in isolation. I was able to program via telehealth for the first couple days. I got a lot out of the groups especially Deon's. I liked the after hours activities especially Dargin's meeting .
Desert Hope is a beautiful facility ! Great Staff ! So happy that we chose this facility for my husband.
Desert Hope is a great facility. My first couple days were hard in detox. But the nurses on Hope and Serenity were kind and caring towards me. The front desk crew was always helpful and available to answer any questions I had even when I was rude to them they still treated me with respect. The food was good and they even had a store where you could buy snacks and cigarettes !
Desert Hope helped me get my life back. Such a great place . Thank you for saving my life.
