The best decision I ever made was to go to Desert Hope. This place showed me that with hard work and patience recovery is possible.
I found Desert Hope in 2018 pretty much at rock bottom. I called the hotline and the person I spoke to was amazing. He called my family for me because my addiction had brought me to the point where I had cut myself off from them to use. Once at Desert Hope, I was resistant to treatment. There is team effort between departments .The staff really works well together to help you achieve your goals.
I learned alot from Desert Hope. I struggled while I was here but that was part of the process. A lot of group therapy but you do meet with your therapist on a one on one basis. Alvin and Sabrina are great
