I am not proud to say I have been to treatment more than once. What I will say is Desert Hope is the best one I have been to. The food is good ( even if you do eat chicken alot lol) . The rooms were clean. They do make you program 7 days a week but the groups are informative and the therapists are great.
Great admission team. They picked me up from the airport . I was scared and not feeling well. The girl that picked me up was kind and made me feel safe . She answered all my questions . Also want to thank Reji she is an a amazing lady
Just completed 20 days of treatment. I feel so healthy and like I have learned tools to help me stay sober when I return home. Group therapy was long and sometimes I hated it but I needed it and they taught me a lot
Thank a million times desert hope. This place helped me learn coping skills and relapse prevention skills. I learned alot about co-dependency and healthy relationships
Great place to go if you are struggling to detox on your own. The staff are great and the nursing and providers are helpful and answer any questions you may have
Desert Hope helped me detox off opiates safely . The doctor and nursing staff were available to answer any questions that I had. The groups were long but helpful. The medical director was great, very professional
In the beginning I tried to leave a few times. I was unhappy and blaming the facility and the staff. It wasn't their fault and it's far from a bad facility. I wasn't ready in the beginning. I want to give a huge thank you to Reji . You are a compassionate, caring lady and I am grateful for you. This place really works if you are willing to put the work in.
This is my third treatment center and by far the best one. You might read mixed reviews about Desert Hope but I can say my experience here has been a good one. The counelors that run groups really care about you and try to make impact.
Great 12 step meetings are offered here twice a week at night for patients to attend. They have a gym you can use and yoga classes . They keep you busy during the day with groups and you program 7 days a week. After 5 days they let you have your phone back but you need to be in group,
