I had a procedure. overall, a positive experience. Being from Seattle which has a much better health care system than Nevada. I think that wherever I have gone here the front desk staff is lacking in how to treat they're patients. Front desk staff are a very important part of any clinic, first impressions do matter especially with the sick and elderly and I have found none that measure up. they don't even make eye contact most of the time. This needs to be fixed.
