The employee that performed the exam on my daughter was very rude and unprofessional it was very clear that he was trying to start an argument with me. Unfortunately because the staff members do not wear nametags I did not get his name and he never introduced himself. It is very unfortunate that people with that behavior do not get disciplined. I will avoid returning to this location on Horizon Ridge it was a terrible experience.
Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. Location was very clean. There was even good 50’s music playing during the procedure. Caring staff eased the worries of needed medical tests.

I was half an hour early for my appointment but was called to sign in , waited a couple of minutes for the technician to call me for my thyroid ultrasound. I was done and out of the exam room and ready to go home. Since I was half an hour before my appointment, I was done early. What’s my point?? I highly appreciate the very efficient way the office is handling appointments. NO Time wasted!! Thank you, Desert Radiology!
