The greater at the door was much more interested in helping the Spanish speaking people (3 of them) than helping ANYONE else. Even though 2 other people arrived before them, she took care of them first and the remainder of us waited an additional 30 minutes until she came backhoe get us. Once we all made it to the back, the intake girl realized what had happened and straightened it out. After that everyone was fantastic. Mt insurance normally sends me to your competitor .that are quicker, friendlier, more heart felt/genuine.... read more
