The staff on site could not have been nicer. The overall experience was poor due to the communication from the prior authorization dept. were informed at 4:59 PM the day before that they were canceling our appointment. They said they were doing that due to not having the procedure authorized. We had confirmed with our doctors office that the authorization and the information requested had been provided on several occasions. We actually just went in for the appointment the next day anyway even though they said it was canceled... read more

The professional that did my mammogram was friendly enough. I cannot say anything bad about her character. But my exam felt very rushed. I am a woman that is very concerned about breast cancer. I accidentally skipped last year’s. I don’t know why I canceled but in my mind, I did have a mammogram. So because of that, I am concerned and feeling rushed made me a bit nervous.
