I Went in for an upper G.I. and the 2 technicians I had were very kind. They were great explaining my produre and why I needed it.
Excellent and professional staff
A wonderful job overall. I would recommend that someone be available to answer the phones after hours and not a recording. I had a late appointment, the staff was wonderful to call me for an opening, but I was lost and could've been there 30 min earlier if there were someone to direct me to the facility. An addition, when I arrived, I was told that there was a fee involved that was never told to me when I made the appointment.
The minute I arrived, I was greeted with staff that gave me the forms to fill. Then when I was admitted to for my procedure, the staff was excellent in conducting the test and explaining the whole process as the test was conducted. Thank you staff for your Knowledge and Kindness, I will see you again in the future as the need arise.
You have a knowledgeable and very courteous staff. I came for an MRI and the MRI techs were very good at easing anxiety. I am extremely satisfied from start to finish and the fa ability is extremely clean. Great job everyone!
I was greeted upon arrival by the front desk and all the staff and technician that helped me were all friendly and professional.
All in all it was a very comfortable and professional experience.

I am 82 yrs young. I feel that everything from scheduling the appointment to getting my Ultrasound done quickly made this necessary procedure a breeze and that these providers are professional , proficient, and kind.
