Very disappointed in the level of customer service that I received today. I was told that I am not in the system, after being a customer for 15 years and booking my appointments six months in advance, calling last week to confirm and change one of our three appointments. They say that they dropped my insurance and I am no longer in the system. Unbelievable and unacceptable to find out in this manner.
