Some of the Design Everest are truly excellent while some of them thrash around quite a bit trying to fulfil the requirements. The good part is that if you are dealing with one of the excellent team members then you can ask them to assist the ones that are having difficulty fulfilling the brief. I was impressed by their followup during a very long drawn out process with the City. Design Everest's fees seemed quite reasonable.
