Designer doors is a complete joy to deal with. The purchasing process went exactly as the said it would. You rarely see that anymore these days. The office staff was great. They kept me in the loop and updated every two weeks. The installers did a great job and as a bonus they were very nice. I would highly recommend Designer doors. In a couple of months I'm going to purchase a patio door from them.
The communication was very good every step of the process.. Each day’s work was mapped out ahead of time with ample directions on how the homeowner should prepare. Everything was timely. The install team took care in keeping work areas clean and all traffic areas covered with drop cloths. All questions we had were answered and everyone took time to provide information. The windows and doors are beautiful. We would recommend this company for the quality and professionalism they provided. Exceeded our expectations.
