Boat ran out of gas TWICE. Boat had broken fuel gage We rented a boat with a tube. After 45 minutes, ran out of gas. Took a whole hour for them to bring us gas. We tubed for a hour, then went to grab island for a hour. We started the boat to leave (we were already late for our dinner reservation since we lost a hour waiting for gas the...

Motor didn't raise and lower, we were stuck on crab island 2x had to be pushed out by people because motor dragging. No ladder to get in and out, we had older/younger people with us. My husband had to constantly lift. Called several times while out on water. They called us back once we missed call,then we continued to call with no answer from you

our boat almost sank For the past 30 years we come every year to destin.. we decided to rent from them which was a little closer than the other one we usually rent from.. bad idea!! The worst rental ever We rented a fishing boat, which was a 22ft cobia. The boat had a 150hp engine and the boat wouldn't go past 11mph. It took almost an hour just to get to crab island which a regular boat would take about 20min. We called the owner of the boat and his name was Chris. He told us that maybe something...

One good one,.. "Just OK" experience We rented a pontoon boat from DVBR in 2011 and 2013. While planning our 2014 vacation .. I ran across this listing. First year, 2011, was perfect.. My wife is disabled.. And my back is not in the best shape.... and we have 2 dogs eith us. So, their promise to carry our cooler and other things to the boat...

Never use them again The boat we rented was horrible took forever to start once we stopped it. The trim didn't work so when we went to crab island we got stuck because the motor buried in the sand and with no trim I had to push the boat to deeper water with the other 6 people sitting in the front of the boat...

Eventually everything worked out but The only reason why this was not rated lower was that we did get some money refunded. Had a hard time finding the place, as there were no descriptions of the building (yellow cottage on 98, lack of signage) so we were 20 mins late for our half day morning rental of a pontoon boat, 2 jet skis, and tubing...

Cheap boats and equipment Paid for fishing pontoon and rod rental. Rods wouldn't work properly eyes were cut and drags are stripped. The tackler was rusted and undersized. Suppose to get bait . Got 5 shad and was told anyone could catch a ton of bait and told us to catch our own. No bait balls were up so no bait. Complete waste of...
