KIDS Don't mind going to the dentist Check up for my two girls. New this time was a lady who did balloon animals for them. My older child also got a bottle of martinellis and balloons b/c it was her birthday last week. Yay! Friendly well equipped office with iPads and monitors in the ceiling for the kids. Nice staff. Quick service.
Friendly and respectful As always we were treated with respect and friendliness. My child was comfortable and so was I. Best dentist/orthodontist experience I have ever had. I love that everyone in the office speaks TO my child, not over her head to me. I wish I had an office like yours when I was a child.
As always, the staff was professional, courteous, and friendly to my three children. I never have a problem with any of them complaining about our two yearly visits to the dentist. Dr Fridgen is gentle, caring and knows his patients. The hygenists are the same and my kids leave smiling. Patients for ten years and only great things to say.
Patient and creative My son is TOUGH at the dentist. Dr. Ligh never gives up on him and just keeps trying news ways to help overcome his anxiety. Carla did an AMAZING job today. Creative, kind, patient and listened to mom's suggestions and concerns. Best visit he has had and hoping for another next time.
Very professional and super friendly I brought my daughter to Dr. Fridgen because of her problems with lots of cavities. Dr. Fridgen was highly recommended by my family dentist, and I have to say that from the first moment I walked into the dental office I was very impressed with the care and friendliness of the whole staff. Super patient, friendly, caring and high quality This practice has been wonderful with both my daughters! They are very kind, caring and patient with small children who may not be super keen on their visit. They have taken lots of time to make my girls comfortable, and they leave happy every time with clean teeth. They even look forward to their visits. Dr. Fridgen is equally patient with parents, and does a great job of explaining things and answering questions. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great experience My daughter looks forward to the dental visits. From the time we entered,each of the staff member was very friendly and courteous. She loves the wall of fame and the stickers / trinkets she received. Also a big thanks for the sparkling cider gift on her Birthday visit!
Dr.Ligh has been our family dentist since 1987!! My parents found Dr.Ligh for my siblings and I when we first moved to the Bay Area in '87! He is very professional and patient with children's needs. Although he is extremely busy you would never even realize it because he is always very attentive and always carefully explains any kind of treatment!
