Excellent care for our children What impresses me about Dr. Rideau and his caring staff is the way they understand what is difficult for a child undergoing orthodontic treatment. They always try to make it easier by explaining what's going to happen before they do anything, and making things as painless as possible. Braces are not fun, but at least they are careful to make sure that nothing hurts and kids are not scared or anxious about the procedures.

Great Patient Service!! Cecelia went above and beyond! She is the queen of appointments. Shifting things around just so my daughter can have her braces removed 2 weeks before her brother's wedding in Hawaii. Isabella was hoping that her brother's wedding pictures wouldn't be filled with smiles of metal teeth and she is so happy that they are finally coming off on time. Have been bringing my kids here for 16 years. They are always courteous, friendly, and professional and very sweet to the kids. Have never had a less-than-perfect encounter with anyone at their office. Love this place!
I couldn't have asked for more!!!! My 2 year old baby girl is the shyest, most reserved child ever and I really thought she was going to have a difficult time having strangers look inside her mouth and work on her teeth, but Fatima and Dr. Freidgen were phenomenal with her! Fatima took her time to make her feel comfortable, walked her through everything she was doing, and earned her trust within no time. They were able to clean her teeth with no issues. It's all true!! I like this dentist.... He even washes his hands!! He counts my teeth by tapping each one and as he does this he mimics a xylophone by singing in a falsetto voice. It makes me laugh so hard. He has a nickname for my tongue, does he have a nickname for yours? He always greets my tongue and has a friendly conversation with it. My tongue always says the same thing, "Ahhhh..." Once he got all serious and told me that he had found a stalactite in my throat, but it was just that odd "hangy-down" thing.
