I was very pleased with DLG. They were professional, polite, understanding and very accomodating to my work schedule. I am adept at electronic communications (e-mail) . They sensed that very quickly. There were no unnecessary phone interactions,which can often result in "phone tag" as one party or the other is unavailable to take the call. My case interactions went very smoothly via e-mail for the majority of it.

I give Deuterman Law Group a 5 star rating! They were gracious, helpful and considerate when I approached them regarding my worker's comp case and each time I saw them. The one thing Mr. B***** told me was I should have come in sooner instead of trying to handle things myself. He treated me respectfully and answered each question I had and helped me to understand the process. When we got down to the mediation, Michael B***** presented my case concisely yet thoroughly relayed the facts.

In general, Deuterman either overestimates Client injury value, and/or their own negotiating ability, or underestimates the Defendant’s negotiating ability. There is also the argument that Deuterman overestimates potential Client settlement amounts to have a potential Client sign a binding contract. Does this Client feel she was misled into a contract and was not properly represented by the Deuterman Law Group: -> YES?

Another firm had gotten my SSDI due to multiple back problems after 30 years in the HVAC contracting profession. After getting rear ended in an auto accident, I checked with them and they didn't want the case. It was a 'cut and dried' case of negligence on the other driver. Deuterman Law Group gladly helped out: it's not about the compensation, it's about compassion towards people. Within a few months it was complete. Thanks DLG!
