I have been with DIA for years... The entire staff has always been pleasant... In fact calls to alert me when my policies are coming up, suggestions on the right policy from business, to auto to home have always been spot on... in some cases it cost me more do to the type of business I am in and the vehicles that are used but i do not have to worry about not being prepared...
