This is the second time I rented a storage unit in the Yaphank store the 2 guys there are wonderful a always friendly and helpful it’s a pleasure doing business with them!

Jeremy and Corey are very helpful and so sweet you will not find nicer people ! They remind you if you forget about paying your storage which is helpful because sometimes people have a lot going on they forget ! Amazing personalities they both have . It’s always very clean inside as well .

Corey and Jeremy, were great assisting me with my rental storage , they’re both very helpful and professional, the storage facility itself is well maintained and very secured, which is the reason why I rented a second unit..

Although the employees Corey and Jeremy are always pleasant, if I was rating based on their professional mannerisms they would get a 5 star. Unfortunately I have been a customer before the change over for approximately 3years. When changing my unit over to another one I became aware all the stuff along the back wall has some sort of mold/mildew on my new or nearly new furniture. I was very upset to discover this.
