Staff was very knowledgeable and found the right size unit immediately. The facility is very clean and has secured, convenient access to the units.

Although the employees Corey and Jeremy are always pleasant, if I was rating based on their professional mannerisms they would get a 5 star. Unfortunately I have been a customer before the change over for approximately 3years. When changing my unit over to another one I became aware all the stuff along the back wall has some sort of mold/mildew on my new or nearly new furniture. I was very upset to discover this.
