Dewey Pest and Termite Control Dewey Pest Control was founded by Ray M. Dewey in 1929. It began as a one-man operation, and since then has flourished into an organization of hundreds of technicians, crew workers, inspectors, fumigators, and office personnel. In July 1977, Steven R. Dewey purchased Dewey Pest Control from his father and established our present name Dewey Services, Inc.

Fantastic company. They get the job done. They are light years ahead of Orkin, who is absolutely terrible. Orchid service has went down the tube significantly. Dewey is the replacement and is now today what organ used to be. If you have pest control issues, go with Dewey. Don’t waste your time with anybody else. These guys are great.
I’m giving this review here because John in branch 07 is horrible. He’s so rude to his technicians and office employees. Everyone that services my place always looks like they don’t want to be there. Until I ask them what’s wrong. Please get a new manager . They say he’s only nice when corporate is around but after they leave he’s back to being a smart mouth. I have worked with Marcos since day one to conduct an evaluation and provide recommendations. He was punctual, very courteous, and pleasant to work with. He shared the different types of treatments and frequencies available and provided all necessary details, along with agreements to finalize the arrangement. Oscar, my serviceman, arrived at my house when expected. He asked if I had any pest concerns that he could focus on. I told him I didn’t, so he went around the outer perimeter of my house and sprayed to eliminate any possible bugs. I’m very satisfied with his work.
Follow up: The manager is saying that we are just paying for holes to be closed up and trapping, not the removal of rats, (which is not what the technician told us. He said it would just take 4-5 weeks). Since we started with them, we have not been rat free in our attic. It has been 8 months. Who would pay for service that traps rats for months but does not get rid of them? DO NOT waste your money on this company.
