Absolutely fantastic service from Kevin, the branch manager of Birmingham office. However, the initial appraisal was just "bad". The comparative properties were not at all similiar our our home. Kevin once again took charge with the request for reappraisal which resulted in an increase of $36 000. He was invaluable in the process.
