Good customer service, the teller greeted me and called my name. After my transaction, the teller asked if there was anything else she could assist me with. Also, she asked if I needed to speak to somebody about mortgage refinance.

DFCU always provides me excellent customer service. Accounts and CD's are competitive with other institutions. DFCU has enough branches to serve my side of town which includes Canton, Livonia, Westland and Dearborn. You won't be disappointed.
