Quick response. Call right back after the application filing. I applied at another bank and they(other bank) call me two weeks later after i sign papers with DFCU. Very profesional people knowledgeable

First time in several years that we were able to get our transaction handled correctly on the first visit. Hope the future brings a sign-in interface for members to indicate they are in the branch to see a non-teller.
