The service representative handled my transaction correctly, even though I made a mistake about which of my accounts I wanted to withdraw funds from. She also noticed that since I have a larger balance in my IMMA account, earning only 0.02%, she presented the current rate for a 7-month CD, and said I may want to consider using some of that account and earn a better rate.
