Best credit union ever! They treat us like VIP's, which we most certainly are not. We have been customers for 30+ years and have checking, savings, money market and a mortgage with them.

Your representatives are mostly dismissive and quite often rude when calling the main branch in Dearborn. I’ve yet to be in contact with a person these past several years who was pleasant and wanted to assist. The only reason why I stay is because I’ve been with DFCU for decades and it’s convenient for me.
