Staff and manager are awesome. ATM not so much, with failures and requiring customers to "choose english"

I used a branch in the Grand Rapids area while visiting our daughter, who resides in Zeeland. This made things easier for our visit. I was able to accomplish a task that I had not been able to complete before leaving our home on the opposite side of the our great state.

Are you kidding me, it was a bank transaction. The employee did their job. She did it so well that I can only tell you that she did such a good job, I don't remember anything about her, other then it was quick and smooth. I can ask for anything other then what she did.
