RecommendedThis place is on another level. There staff is phenomenal! They are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They make you feel welcomed and absolutely never try to force you into anything. Nate is who I always deal with in there and I can’t say enough good things about him.
We have been customers of the Diamond District for 20 years and have always been extremely satisfied with our purchases!! Todd is so wonderful as are all the associates who work there! The staff at the Diamond District is extremely honest and knowledgeable and they treat you with a great deal of respect and are very willing to educate you about diamonds! I have never felt pressured to buy anything when I go there. It is a very warm and welcoming business and the very best place to shop for diamonds!!! 💍
Entire staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and respectful. Our experience was an extremely pleasant one. I, personally, enjoyed not being pressured in buying something. We went in with an idea, and after actually listening to us, we changed our mind and went in a new direction. In the end, my wife and I are both extremely satisfied

I purchased an amazing platinum and diamond ring that was actually too small for me from another retailer and brought it in to the Diamond District for a re-sizing quote. All the staff are amazing I must say, as well as the elegant jewelry they sell, however after meeting with other jewelers I came back and was grateful to have met Heather Klein the second time.
