RecommendedI have a white gold and diamond chain that was a gift from there that gets knotted up from time to time. They are so nice to not only untangle my mess, but clean my necklace for me each time, no charge. They have beautiful jewelry and very caring employees!

I lost a stone out of my ring. They had it fixed, cleaned and sent to me in a completely different state in just a few weeks. The entire staff is always helpful and courteous. You guys are awesome!

We purchased a few pieces from Diamond District and would never go anywhere else. We live in Texas now and they still service our Jewelry by shipping it back to us. We stopped into Fort Myers just for a few days and the ring they made for her had a stone that was very cloudy. After spending some time with multiple people looking at it, they said there was dirt under the stone and the only way to clean it is to remove the stone to clean it all. Went in with a budget, looked but had some sticker shock. Staff was very professional , not pushy at all. Gentleman asked what my budget was , did not steer me to go beyond my budget. Selected a few beautiful rings and my girlfriend selected a beautiful engagement ring. One of the owners was my sales person. Did not try to pawn us off to another sales person. Class act all the way. Thank you
