Diana was terrific, very easy process. Only issue I had was, I wasn’t aware that there was a percentage fee that the bank charged for paying off my home equity loan before three years were up. I only had six months left to pay on it. I would have left $50.00 in it until the six months were up. Instead I was charged over $1,000.00 to pay if off early. I feel someone should have mentioned it.
