My husband and I understood that Covid complicated many of the regular policies/procedures that Atlantic follows. The number and frequency of demands for us to provide information and under very tight deadlines was extremely difficult and at times not possible to meet. That was our only issue. However our loan officer (Diana Glasier) was PHENOMENAL and she practically held my hand through the entire process. If it hadn’t been for her I would have thrown in the towel.
