Was flying into town after prolonged business trip and had a very small window of time to see Doctor. They got me in on extremely short notice! VERY helpful and VERY professional!
Disrespectful and dismissive. If he likes you, you get great service. If he has a preconceived negative idea about you he makes it clear you are a waste of his time and not really a person. Front desk was friendly but heard his staff snickering about how he treated me and my responses trying to defend myself. I guess this is the type of complex doctors get when they think they're better than everyone and makes enough money to band together with other professionals who behave similarly.
Phone number provided sends you to a call center with no way to connect with someone actually working in the office. Did not follow through with making an appointment because of this. Very frustrating.
I was checked into Allen Hospital for a bleeding ulser. I met and spoke to Dr. Padda only very briefly before the emergency surgery. I was to see Dr. Padda in a month following surgery. Dealing with his office staff is a nightmare. They are rude, argumentative and give a general "I don't care" attitude. I had to cancel the one month visit, due to a physical injury incurred as I was leaving for the visit. The best reschedule I could get was an additional month. He is with Digestive Associates. The office NEVER answers phone. I have done EVERYTHING the Dr. has told me to. ALL kind of test, had a hernia removed. I have chronic diaherra and have not been able to leave my home since the hernia surgery due to the chronic diarrhea. I am 63 years old and since 10/9/20, I have to live in adult diapers, cannot eat anything but rice, toast and banana. I've seen many, many doctors over many years and this is the most incompetent doctor and staff I have ever seen. Absolutely horrendous that these unprofessional blockheads are involved in anyone's health care.
