Very professional
During my appointment the fire alarm went off so we all had to evacuate to the parking lot. ~~Qualifier Warning~~ I have type N1 Narcolepsy with Cataplexy, I am also a combat veteran and some types of alarms make me panicky and/or generally uncomfortable. So, doc sees this instantly asks for permission to discuss my shizz, which I very gratefully granted, he took my vitals himself to expedite me getting done. Concerned, informative, assisted with issues, very caring.
I haven’t seen Dr Raju in a year and he and his team were really thorough in their exam and questions asked of me. I trust them implicitly.
From checkin, vitals & Dr. appointment, each person for each step was efficient and very courteous professionals. Appointment right on time, first appointment 9:00am. Right at 9:00am checkin started, walked to my car at 9:45am. Very busy practice.
Dr. Raju is amazing! He is patient and listens to your concerns and feedback. He includes you in the development of your treatment plan and makes sure to respond to any inquiries submitted through the portal (between visits). He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and is always very welcoming.
I consulted him for trigeminal neuralgia. He listened to all my issues treated me on that, he didn't just leave it there but also ordered further MRIs to get to the root cause. He diagnosed my Multiple Sclerosis and worked with me very patiently on going forward with the treatment for it. He answered all my questions without rushing me. He listens to the patient’s concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and practices the art and the science of medicine,
I had my first visit with Dr. Raju today. I am so impressed with this doctor. He was kind, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor. We discussed my symptoms and he listened carefully. After a few diagnostic tests, we discussed the possible treatments and made a decision together on how to proceed. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor.
