He explained my medical condition perfectly, gave me guidance and, more than anything, gave me the confidence I needed. During my appointment the fire alarm went off so we all had to evacuate to the parking lot. ~~Qualifier Warning~~ I have type N1 Narcolepsy with Cataplexy, I am also a combat veteran and some types of alarms make me panicky and/or generally uncomfortable. So, doc sees this instantly asks for permission to discuss my shizz, which I very gratefully granted, he took my vitals himself to expedite me getting done.
