From checkin, vitals & Dr. appointment, each person for each step was efficient and very courteous professionals. Appointment right on time, first appointment 9:00am. Right at 9:00am checkin started, walked to my car at 9:45am. Very busy practice.
Dr. Raju is amazing! He is patient and listens to your concerns and feedback. He includes you in the development of your treatment plan and makes sure to respond to any inquiries submitted through the portal (between visits). He genuinely cares about your wellbeing and is always very welcoming.
I consulted him for trigeminal neuralgia. He listened to all my issues treated me on that, he didn't just leave it there but also ordered further MRIs to get to the root cause. He diagnosed my Multiple Sclerosis and worked with me very patiently on going forward with the treatment for it. He answered all my questions without rushing me. I had my first visit with Dr. Raju today. I am so impressed with this doctor. He was kind, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor. We discussed my symptoms and he listened carefully. After a few diagnostic tests, we discussed the possible treatments and made a decision together on how to proceed. This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a doctor.
Dr Raju has a stellar education. He has an undergrad from Emory where he did a MD PHD. He went on to specialize in Neurology and did his residence in Boston at Mass General. His thesis was on Parkinsons.My husband saw Dr Raju due to a nerve issue in his elbow .He is a very calm doctor with an amazing positive attitude and a great bedside manner. I was the caregiver to my uncle who is Dr. Raju's patient. The overall visit was excellent. We were not made to wait, unlike other Dr. that do that regularly. Dr. Raju was patient and paid great attention to my uncle's symptoms. He has difficulty walking and falls regularly and we have to always be very careful with him. Dr. Raju provided very practical suggestions and had a great grasp of what the medical issues that my uncle had. I would recommend him to anyone. We have another appointment in 3 weeks again.

Dr. Raju has helped my family member through a very difficult diagnosis. She had surgery and he also took care of her neurological disease before and after neurosurgery. His staff always made the appointment when needed.
