Although I never dealt directly with Dione, my wife was in constant contact with her through the process. We were in a time crunch and having issues with another lender, and Dione came in, took control of our situation and came thru for us! We were able to get the home we wanted. I’m not sure we would’ve been able to complete the process with the other lender, but she was very fast, very knowledgeable, and very friendly to our cause. I’m forever grateful to her.

You...Because there were some issues with communication with underwriting that need to be addressed. When you say your going to do something you don't wait 4 days to do it...
