Everyone in the office was very kind and skilled with the exception for the optician. She did not help pick out frames. She did not say if the frame fit well. She didn't move from behind her desk unless it was absolutely necessary. It took 23 days for my glasses to come it. I HAD to call to get a status update on my glasses. I understand that 23 days is not their fault but I have NEVER had to wait that long for single vision glasses. When I went to get my glasses, she did not check to see if they needed to be adjusted. I've gone to the various optical departments at the Discover locations for many many years and having a high prescriptiion it is a challenge to keep the glasses adjusted well. I highly want to complement Scott for going beyond in patience and skills wth helping me on frames and adjustments. He deserves praise for for doing his job so well with exellent customer service.
Professional and knowledgeable staff and doctors
I have seen Dr. Vogel many times, and Dr. Dehning once (my most recent visit). I would recommend either one of them.
I have always had great care and service here!
