Everyone in the office was very kind and skilled with the exception for the optician. She did not help pick out frames. She did not say if the frame fit well. She didn't move from behind her desk unless it was absolutely necessary. It took 23 days for my glasses to come it. I HAD to call to get a status update on my glasses. I understand that 23 days is not their fault but I have NEVER had to wait that long for single vision glasses. When I went to get my glasses, she did not check to see if they needed to be adjusted.
