Courteous, prompt, and thorough. It was a one stop service starting with exam and concluding with the ordering of new glasses
The check-in process was quick and easy. Everyone was very kind. Dr. Pate explained things well and listened to what I had to say which seems to be rare these days with anyone in the medical profession.
My experience was excellent! The assistant {not sure what her title is} was outstanding. Dr.Brundige was most courteous and thorough.
Dr. Butcher is always personable and very plain in his diagnosis
The wait time to get in was terrible! When I finally got into to see the doctor, I was told they allowed someone else in before me by mistake! Not acceptable! The exam was thorough though and I like the assistants there.
