I usually give an excellent rating but this time the nurse called my name but said nothing else for awhile except sit there put your chin here...no explanation nothing!
Have been going there 20 years. Outstanding service, friendly people.
Good appt. Hopefully resolved some appt. notification issues for the future.

Hard to schedule a timely visit. But, if i wouldn't have waited until i had on my last set of contacts, the appointment weeks out, would have been fine. Friendly people work at Discover Vision, in Independence
My visit was satisfactory and I was glad with the diagnosis and am looking forward to having my problem taken care of.
The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered quickly and they seemed to genuinely care about my progress. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.
