Dr was kind took time to answer all of my questions. Thorough and did not rush appt.
Thoroughly explained the procedure and his bedside manner was relaxed and in no hurry to get to the next patient.
Very knowledgeable of the most current technology. Is very thorough with his exams. Excellent with his follow up. Explains all future treatment in detail.
Dr. Pâtés always takes time to answer questions and to explain each test, results and impact on my vision. He always stresses the importance of taking my eye meds correctly and consistently. Then ensures that my questions are answered and I have an understanding of his response.
Excellent, checkin and initial eye testing was handled quickly and efficiently. Dr. Amsterdam is the greatest! He explained everything perfectly and actually has a great personality which helps tremendously in patient interactions.
The idea of having the lenses in your eyes replaced sounds pretty scary. But Dr. Doane and his staff are so competent and great at keeping you informed, you feel like you are in the best possible hands. And since he was a nationwide leader in LAL surgery, you feel even better about that particular type of surgery.
