Dr. Taylor and staff make going to the eye doctor a very pleasant experience.
Stephanie the contact specialist is great to work with She is so pleasant very patient and encouraging and always says she has an open door policy If any question/problems don't hesitate to call her
Contact lens replacement . Manufacturer has had to replace several times . Happy with staff at Discover. Not as happy with manufacturer.
Cataract surgery went well.
Very friendly and patient with me as I was full of questions, deciding on glasses or contacts, and learning to use contacts.

Waited 1 hour in the reception area. Then it took another hour to complete my exam. 1/2 hour of that was wailing for the doctor to finally come to me after my eyes test was done. They need to schedule better. I did not ask to be scheduled…
Altho I had Appt for Surgery for almost 3 weeks , They termed me Day of Surgery as an add on. Nurse Named Linda was a bit snappy with Me.
