Went fir a test...Right in and done...Took no time at all..
Courteous service and everyone was very responsive to my questions.
This pre-op visit did not go well. My questions were not answered and it felt like I was not being listened to. I am now going to get a second opinion before the cataract surgery.
I rate my experience on the OD's like Dr. Lile and staff, not the Optical center. I have not had a good experience with the staff that orders the frames. I also feel that the frame selection is average at best. OD's and staff a 5…
Dr. Dawson is very through, answers questions, almost before you can ask them. Nice to get pressure readings, and health reports.
I had a very good eye exam. Everyone was very helpful and I was dealt with in an expeditious manner.
As always my last visit was excellent. Short wait & great service.
I am having eye surgery next week but so far everyone has been very helpful and thorough. Will update my opinion after my surgery and I have been released by the Dr.
