I was formerly a patient of Dr. Jefferson upon his retirement I was asked to select a new ophthalmologist. With only 2 visits under my belt, I’m very pleased with Dr. Amsterdam. He listens to my concerns, explains the results of my eye exam/tests as to how it my affect my eye sight as I age.
He cares about his patients and takes the time to explain things. A good man.
Dr Paye and the staff I encountered are friendly and patient. They listen to your concerns and address them. I wasn’t just rushed into a new pair of glasses. Dr Pate is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Much more personable than I expected from such a large practice.

Both Taylor and Dr Pate are wonderful. Dr Pate does a good job of explaining answers to any question I have. He’s friendly and takes the time needed for the appointment. I appreciate that he is looking ahead for possible problems with my eye health.

My husband and I met with Dr Doane and his team to discuss cataract surgery. I just finished my right eye and next week is my left. I am so grateful we decided to choose the the new lens we did. Dr. Doane explained the options in a way that made it easier to understand. I went to a competitor's facility & did not receive the time necessary to make such a big decision. Now that the process has begun,,, the decision is reinforced daily with follow up phone calls to see how I am doing and wanting to see me regardless of how min... read more
