Took our cat to the vet today because he was lethargic and bloated. They ran some tests, gave him ivs and some meds, and then sent him home. 2 hours later, he was dead. This vet is a joke, and this isn't the first time they've misdiagnosed something. Unfortunately, this was the only place with an emergency opening today. My Boston Terrier was having a seizure for over 20 min and they were open but said they couldn’t help him even though he was a patient of there’s . We had to find another vet to help us with him. We took our older French bulldog in and they ran test on him we didn’t approve of and sent us on our way. So we had to pay that visit and test fees then Had to take him to a second dr to get answers.

Business response:

Hi Beth, I'm sorry that we did not have a doctor in the office the day you needed emergency help. Obviously if we did we would have been happy to help. I'm also sorry you were dissatisfied with your prior visit. We always make sure to get permission from clients before running any tests, we would have been glad to discuss this at that time which I believe was in 2020 if my records are right.

When I asked about why it wasn’t done I was told they didn’t do other procedures with dental procedures. When I reminded them that it was the vet himself that suggested that they be done at the same time because my dog is older, I was the told it was my fault for not reminding them of what was to be done! It was my responsibility to remind the doctor of what he nee... read more
