Don't give them your money. It's a scam. I contacted the student aid (the government agency) people directly and they didn't even know who this company was. By balance was also the same after making a payment. They told me to not give them anymore money and get in touch with the actual company supposed to take over my loans.

At first I was so unsure about dealing with this company no one has helped with my student loans not even my processor they have answered all questions concerns gave me hope when it comes to student loans that seems to be a hinder more than help, you do what you say and I am actually excited of being a home owner now that Im getting some help with my student loans thank you *** I could not do this with out you and your team.

I greatly appreciate that they attempted to help me find the best Loan Forgiveness Program that I qualified for. I regret answering that call (1st mistake). After speaking with the **** of ********** I quickly realized that I fell for a scam via Docu-Pros. I have already list ****** with them and I do not plan to lose anymore. I will file every single complaint for fraud that I possibly can in regards to Docu-Pros. When dealing with federal student loans no one should ever have to pay anything up front. I made this mistake. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Bunch of scammers. Do not for any reason give them any information they ask if they contact you. They just want your money and all of your personal/sensitive information to do what they want with it.

Yeah, Rodney C has it right. I was called unsolicited. I don't have student loans. When I held them on the line for a while, I was told they would want my FAFSA login and password. 1. Calling me unsolicited when I'm on the national do-not-call registry is illegal 2. Asking for my login and password to anywhere is sketchy to say the least Since they have no problem calling me unsolicited, I have no problem calling them for no good reason as well. Scammer! Uses a robodialer to call in violation of federal law to solicit business. They called me this AM using a fake return number. Is this the type of company you want to do business with?

We do not show your records in our system, We do not use Robocalls Please do not submit claims without proof, if you have been scammed by us in any way please submit proof. We have tried to reach out to you directly but you refuse to respond to us directly and instead choose to continue to submit these false claims.
