First of all, Dogwood Canyon is stunningly beautiful! The options they offer for people to enjoy the location are so varied, and there is something for everyone. We chose to rent bicycles and ride the 6.4 mile (total) path to Arkansas and back. Our boys are 8 and 6, and they did awesome on the ride! At the 3.2 mile marker and turn around point, there is a beautiful cold-water pond filled with albino trout and two gorgeous waterfalls. I had one of the best days of summer here today at Dogwood. Me and my two sons( 15 & 12) did the Segway tour. Adam was our tour guide and he did an outstanding job!! I felt very safe, and for beginners the guide spends time working with you until you feel very comfortable on your own. I felt that the beauty of the nature around us made me feel like I escaped for the day!! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! We ate at the new restaurant and all 3 of us enjoyed our meal. Love going here every time in the area! Has grown up a lot since previous visit. Could spend multiple days here!
Vacation with my sister and 2 best friends. We took the 2 hour tram tour. Larry was our tour guide and did a great job. So enjoyed the scenery. Wish the Longhorns would have come closer but they were enjoying the shade on a hot day. Great place to visit. Only draw back was it was a little pricey at $45/person.
