About Dogwood Canyon Nature Park "Promote and protect the natural environment of the canyon’s wildlife and plant life." Aside from a few amenities to make Dogwood Canyon Nature Park more accessible to our guests, the rugged landscape has been left untouched and, with just a little imagination, you can travel back to a time when European settlers first entered the area or, even further, to explore the mark that Native Americans left on these Missouri hills and hollows. The first parcels of the property were acquired in 199... read more

Absolutely gorgeous hike. So peaceful. Nature at its finest. I highly recommend spending the day in the midst of its beauty.
The tram was wonderful and we saw bison, deer, elk and Texas longhorn.
The place is beautiful with lots of things to see. We spent the extra $ for the Tram tour and was completely worth it. Our Guide Ron kept us entertained and informed of the many things along the way. This place really was one of the highlights of our trip.
Bring water! It was such a beautiful walk and we were only able to do half of it it definitely will take a full day. Can't wait to go back.
Riding bike on the trails
tram ride was awesome a must see for all ages.
This was my second visit. Beautiful! But you need to know they are NOT managing social distancing well in buildings and NOT requiring it on tram rides. Silver Dollar City did a MUCH better job by reducing seating on trams and actively encouraging 6’ distances and mask wearing. That did NOT happen at Dogwood Saturday (9/26). We were very disappointed and felt anxious the whole time there.
Very Beautiful place, loved it. For sure going back.
