About Dogwood Canyon Nature Park "Promote and protect the natural environment of the canyon’s wildlife and plant life." Aside from a few amenities to make Dogwood Canyon Nature Park more accessible to our guests, the rugged landscape has been left untouched and, with just a little imagination, you can travel back to a time when European settlers first entered the area or, even further, to explore the mark that Native Americans left on these Missouri hills and hollows. The first parcels of the property were acquired in 199... read more

Country living and loving!
Everything! Touring Dogwood Canyon was one of those rare lifetime experiences that was as close to perfect as can be! It was so refreshing during the two hour tour to be near Mother Nature and all her splendor with no interruptions or commercials of any kind! Our guide Dave was knowledgeable, kind and had a great sense of humor! We’re going again, again, and again! We had guests/family from California who enjoyed Dogwood Canyon as we did! Please, Johnny, don’t change a thing as everyone from young to old enjoyed the experi... read more
The Tram ride was excellent. Took the last Tram ride and the tour guide was great.
Absolutely, a beautiful place... take the tour and rent bikes or hike through the park... lots of options.
Most beautiful park I’ve ever seen. Very serene....
Great outdoor experiences from walking, riding a bicycle, a Segway, a horse, the tram, or in a private Jeep tour, it is an experience. After exploring the nature park treat yourself to a very tasty meal at the onsite restaurant. It is unlike any other park you will ever seen. There are many other activities to take in, educational & recreational. In a five star rating system I would give it SIX stars,
the 2 gentlemen that were going around handing out water were our saviors as they sent someone to pick my girlfriend, 2 grandsons and myself up and saved us from the 3 mile hike back thank you so much
You have to do at least once . We did the tram (where you are open to the outside). Drive though streams, see so much. Look for David the tour guide , wonderful. Up and personal able with live animals from fish, Texas long horns, buffalo, elk. Dinner- lunch is a must there, great food. It’s an all day adventure. Tree house. Take your time.
