I can not express enough what a wonderful place this is. I called to ask some questions about the Tram experience. Traveling with a Service Dog - I was worried about the wild animal aspect of this experience. I was assured that during that portion of the trip, I would get into the vehicle. RecommendedMy husband and I highly recommend !! we took a tram tour and our guide was James. he was so informative , friendly and funny ! He made our tour very pleasant. The canyon is abousletly beautiful. Family friendly When we first arrived a gentleman showed us the waterfall and took our picture for us. Very informative and helpful. After our tour we had lunch in the dining room. sorry I forgot our waitresses name. she looks like our neighbor , excellent service and conversation , everyone is so friendly and helpful. RecommendedBeautiful scenery for a hike. Definitely recommend the tram ride. Allows you to see all sites along the 3+ mile trail plus seeing the animals only available to see on the tram. Charlie was an amazing tour guide. Must see the treehouse, built with local materials by Treehouse Masters. So much interactive and educational stuff for kids young and old.
RecommendedWe took a private Jeep tour to see the grounds. Our driver Wes was an exceptional guide! He answered every question our inquisitive 6 year old asked. So informative and fun! We had a great time and highly recommend the private tour!
