Don and the PacRes team were amazing. Don was very quick to respond and made himself readily available if I had any concerns or questions. Anything with finances are always really stressful and can make a person anxious. But this was such a smooth process. I was pre-approved over the weekend and was prepared by the start of the week to make an offer. Don worked diligently so that I wouldn’t miss the opportunity on owning my very first home.
