Removed the stress out of purchasing a car, and we were able to quickly and efficiently leave with a new car that we're very happy with.
I had a not great experience with a different dealership in the area last time my car needed service, and wanted to try a new place for my 2023 Bolt. Christina at Don Mealey was great to work with, on top of prompt communication, didn't attempt to push anything extra on me, and quick to rectify a parts ordering error. Their waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked, and the complimentary shuttle service was very helpful when I had an errand I needed to run while my car was being worked on.
Surprisingly honest and knowledgeable non-pushy the opposite of what dealers normally do. The Staff was very friendly and . Luis Lopez was the icing on the cake was so nice non-pushy great demeanor listen carefully and answered questions correctly. He should do the training for all the other dealerships. It was really a pleasure to deal with him. We’ll see the next time I return if the rest of the gang is like him or I just got lucky.

We visited this afternoon with our family while searching for a larger vehicle, and we had a wonderful experience. Barbara assisted us, and she was truly exceptional. She took great care of us from start to finish—kind, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. She really listened and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Very relaxed group of people (in a good way). Dylan Larez was my rep and he did a good job. He knew the product,, and more importantly, was not afraid to say "I don't know", rather than make something up. I enjoyed the process of buying there. Everyone did a good job of lowering the stress level! ALso a mention that Kendall managed the close (Finance) and he was also great!
