Great customer service I met with Eric upon my arrival at the dealership. He helped me meet with the consultant from the Internet sales department that I had spoken with previously. Then he walked me through all of the features on the vehicle that I saw online. He helped us with the test drive of the vehicle and explained all of the different things about the vehicle to us. Excellent service I purchased a new 2013 GMC Acadia from Fountain GMC in Orlando. Whenever I would make an appointment for service, I would get there only to be told they were "too busy" to accommodate me. Very helpful! We all know going to buy a car can be very frightening because you never know what to expect but with Richard the transparency of honesty and knowledge was shown from the very first second I was greeted by him. He didn't play any games and made the process so smooth, I felt like he was on my side of trying to get the best deal which was unusual but very very nice! Best 2011 Camaro in the world. Have wanted a synergy green Camaro for years! I had a rally green 69 Camaro for 10 years. I was searching to internet when I found this one. It is exactly what I wanted. I completed the easy pre approval paperwork and selected Dave Coke whom stayed in touch with me and answered all my questions and helped me close the deal. I fly out here from Texas for my car and it exceeded my expectations! It blew them away!!! Nice job Dave you’re the best!
