Don and Matt are really actively helping me whenever I need help with loan. PRMG rate is really good, relock option is good, 4 months EPO I really like. However, only one thing is missing in the process, new conditions come near the end of closing and then it becomes very stressful for me and borrower. Also turn around time for conditions to clear is 2 to 3 days. I just finished condo loan and it was very stressful as condo team required some conditions that are dependent on HOA to provide.
