Thier director and president thinks felony and a firefighter robbing someone at gunpoint is funny. I would suggest no one use thier services and to tell all other friends and peers to do the same.
I recently agreed to purchase a donated bar set for $300 offered in Offer Up by Donation Nation. The offer was accepted and I was prepared to the pick up the set the very next day. It was communicated that I would pick it up the very next morning or by noon. Yet, I was later told that the "Owner" of Donation Nation decided to purchase the bar set completely in utter disregard that I offered to purchase it first! Dena hi, my name is Charles and im the owner of donation nation. I can assure you I did not purchase this "Bar". It would not match our furnishings at all!!! It appears that 2 people were interested in the bar. It was sold to the other person that morning. First come first serve. We do have a lot of people that use the offer up app. We have a lot of people that "agree" to buy a particular item and they never show up.
