I was very impressed by their communication. They were very responsive to any questions I had. They delivered well from getting the quote to the completed project. Everything was delivered on time, everything was very timely. The biggest thing was customer service and communication. That was definitely an A+.
Very pleased with Done Rite throughout the entire process starting with the estimate that was done by Jeff. He provided us with helpful information about the various products available and color schemes. The roofing crew foreman was Alex and he was excellent in keeping me informed of everything his crew was doing. Everyone was very polite and courteous to me and my wife throughout the entire process.
