Start to finish, Done Rite made sure everything was..... Done Right. Jason made clear what would be done, how it would be handled, and what to expect at each step. More importantly, everything promised was done exactly as I had been told. Top notch experience!!!
The supervisor gave me a great view of how and when they would complete my project and they were very fast getting to my issue with the leak. The man who came to repair the roof, German, explained and showed me everything and we had an issue with the rain. It rained very hard and I never had a leak....
Mark, the foreman on the job, was unbelievable. I was so impressed with him. I have never met anyone that just could take any problem and straighten it out. He was a meticulous young man. He even spotted a broken sprinkler head and repaired it. He is very conscientious. I miss-took him for a owner because...
