I do not feel the closing was as smooth as it should’ve been. I was not told my closing cost numbers until 40 minutes prior to closing which is outrageous. I was very stressed out, had taken the day off already, was unsure if it would be rescheduled. Very stressful last week. Things didn’t need to be done last minute as I had agreed on the property With the seller for over a month prior. I do not feel many things were explained to me.
